Edelbrock Offers Two-Piece Timing Covers for GM's LS1/LS2/LS6 Engines
Designed
to allow easy access to the camshaft without removal of the harmonic
balancer or steering components, the Edelbrock two-piece cover is
engineered of cast aluminum for durability and the cam removal window
has an O-ring seal for effective sealing.
An external timing mark
indicator ensures accurate timing. Two applications are being offered;
#4254 for 1997-2004 GEN 3 LS1/LS6 applications with rear-mounted
camshaft positioning sensor and #4255 for 2005 and later GEN 4 LS2
applications with front-mounted camshaft positioning sensor.
